SQAS Safety and Quality Assessment System

The Safety and Quality Assessment System, SQAS, is a standard managed by the European Chemical Industry Council especially for logistics providers.

SQAS goes beyond the requirements of ISO 9001, whilst elements of the certification in accordance with ISO 14001 are also integrated. The SQAS questionnaire covers all valid regulations and management principles for transport and logistics services.

The object of the SQAS standard includes the following criteria:

Safety
Environmental sustainability

DIN EN ISO 9001 is the key standard in quality management.

The key points of the quality management standard DIN EN ISO 9001 are:

Customer relations: Customer relations are the basis of the quality management system. Customer relations mean directing all activities towards the wants and needs of the customer. We want to give our customers an assurance that they can always expect fault-free processes and the highest level of service from us. Many of our customers have already confirmed this to us by showing us their trust through placing their orders.

Process orientation: Process orientation is guaranteed by establishing a customer-supplier relationship.

Continuous improvement: Continuous improvement is seen as the foundation of a quality policy. Fixemer Logistics is always looking for new ways to become more effective and to continually improve its quality.
